End of Week 2

As you may have realized, it's the end of week 2 of NaNoWriMo. Things have slowed down a bit for me and I have taken to consuming an overabundance of caffeine. At this point in the game, I find myself spending more time sleeping with my eyes open than closed. Perhaps it's just a side effect of the caffeine. I clocked in today at just under 20,000 words so I guess I shouldn't start fretting yet... right?

You are way ahead of me. I got stuck and have remained there since week 1. I've got the re-write blues :)

I love the pictures of you writing.

I'm not participating in NaNoWriMo this year, I was already in the middle of revising and editing my WIP, but I enjoy reading about other people's journeys. Good luck with your next 40,000 words. I'm sure something will come to you.

You never can tell. Those 20,000 could multiply with just a few ideas that storm your mind and you get a great twist or subplot to guide you.

Another character might drop by and pay your manuscript a visit and then you will be writing so much that you will meet your deadline ahead of schedule. Just keep your chin up.

You can do it.
